Hi, my name is Helen and this blog is about my attempt to run the London Marathon in 2010. My journey really started at the end of 2005 When I was 21st 7lb. To cut a long story short after a health scare I made a lot of changes and am now 15st 4lb and have run the race for life, i next aim to do the great north run this year and ultimately lose the rest of the excess weight and run the London Marathon in 2010.

Look at it over 2 weeks you have lost 13lb which is almost a stone!
This happens on biggest loser don't forget. Also you seem to be having lady troubles which won't help. I bet you lost half a stone next week.
